Martin's Care was founded by Martin Swed with a simple belief: every neighbor in the Town of Mamakating deserves a friendly place to turn for help with health and social services.

From our office in Wurtsboro, NY, we sit down with seniors, families, veterans, and individuals across Sullivan County to help navigate Medicaid, housing, transportation, and the local resources that already exist — without the runaround. Our English & Spanish speaking staff makes sure everyone is welcome, and many of our services are covered by insurance.

Today we serve hundreds of local residents each year, connecting people to the care and support they need to live well in the place they call home.
